You have a choice of a 30 minute spa or an infra-red sauna.  You are taken back to your room adjourning the sauna to a full body massage, head to toe - one hour.  Undivided attention to a designed facial to the condition of your face.  Finishing with a petit pedicure.  Light refreshment provided.
