Gloucester Cottage is temporarily closed due to the latest earthquake just until we get the okay to be up and running again.
Update! The result of the last earthquake (June 2011) one of our walls has fallen out. Up to this date we've had engineers and surveyors in but this doesn't mean a quick fix.
We're trying our hardest to get all builders through on the fast procedure lane but I think we would have a better chance of winning lotto! This has given us a clinic a great opportunity to seek out new products, new machines and for me to do the training so that when we come this will mean a top upgraded spa!
We hope that you all are bearing up to the coloured zones that you are in although we don't understand these coloured zones as they are amounting to nothing. What we are requiring is to ensure that our clinic is safe for all of you to return.
While we're off air if there's any suggestions that you have to help our clinic improve or change, the best suggestion will go in the draw for a hundred dollar gift voucher upon us returning. With that note we will still honour gift vouchers when we reopen. We cannot give cash refunds, this is for services only. Keep the faith, you'll hear an update in the next fourteen days... again.
